Last Thursday, the ECHR handed in its final judgement on Perinçek v. Switzerland in a court case concerning the denial of the Armenian genocide. The case has lasted since 2005 when the remarks were made and the first court judgements took place in Swiss courts. Now the question is, during this year, which marks the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide, “what now?”
